Grace Magazine | www.fbcglenarden.org 15 Broccoli and Craisin Salad Ingredients: 6 cups chopped broccoli 1 small red onion finely chopped - 1/2 cup 1 cup craisins or raisins 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup of sugar 2 tablespoons vinegar 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper Optional ingredients: 1 pack sunflower seeds 3/4 cup slice almonds 1 cup shredded cheese 1. Mix broccoli, red onion, craisins or raisins in a large bowl (add shredded cheese) 2. Whisk mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and vinegar together in a bowl. Once well combined, add this mixture to the broccoli mixture until evenly coated. 3. Cover bowl and refrigerate for flavors to blend, about 1 hour. (Sprinkle optional ingredients after removing from refrigerator.) Directions
